CHUZA! Bowl
This optional event will award cash prizes to the top three bowlers in each division. Quite simply, the entrants who bowl the most strikes throughout the 9-game tournament will be awarded cash prizes. There will be five divisions as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Entry fee is $10, and all collected fees for this event will be awarded. Participants will be ranked (per division) by the total number of strikes bowled during the tournament. The top three ranked bowlers in each division will be awarded cash prizes. Total payout will be determined per division by number of entrants. Per division, 50% of funds will be paid to 1st place, 30% to 2nd place, and 20% to 3rd place. Bowlers are encouraged to pre-register for this event (on entry form), but entry for this event will be open until 6:00pm on Friday, January 16, 2009.  Go ahead and join in the fun! Your game scores don’t matter….. you could open every other frame and still have a chance to win! Here’s a little hint that will give you an advantage over the other entrants: Legend has it that If you yell “Chuza!” when you get a strike, you will be more likely to get a strike in the next frame!

Best 3 of 6
This optional event will award cash prizes to the top bowlers in the event. Participants will be ranked by total of the 3 best scores from Doubles and Team events, with handicap. Cash prizes will be awarded at a ratio of 1:10, and all collected fees for this event will be awarded. Entry fee is $10. Bowlers are encouraged to pre-register for this event (on entry form), but entry for this event will be open until 6:00pm on Friday, January 16, 2009.
